Rodi
CEO & Master Stylist
Devoted, creative, passionate, and inspiring are just a few words that come to mind when it comes to Rodi Bechara. For over 20 years he has been dedicated to the beauty industry – striving to make sure that every day can be a great hair day for all of his clients.
Not only is Rodi a hair stylist, he is also a Redken hair color educator, having worked for years mastering his skills with highlights and color. He has used that knowledge to train his dedicated staff making sure that they all have exemplary color skills. It is because of this devotion to deliver the best performance, as well as the highest level of luxury, that Rodi was voted "Best Colorist" in Northern Virginia Magazine.
Rodi began working with curly hair as a teenager in Lebanon and it has become one of his greatest passions. For years he trained to master his technique with curly hair, and it is because of this he sought out the training and certification with Ouidad, and was one of the first salons to be certified in the Vienna / DC area. Now he and his Ouidad certified stylists are always working to transform your curls.

Senior Stylist
Natasha Mohammed is a certified Graham Webb graduate with advanced knowledge of coloring, cutting and updo techniques with over 17 years of salon experience.
"My specialty is highlighting and coloring. I can apply hair extensions in 30 minutes. What sets me apart from other stylists is that I listen to what clients want and give them the cut to what is suitable to their features. I have a passion for keeping up-to-date – by going to hair shows and watching what celebrity styles are current. I assure you, you will leave stylish and happy."

Senior Stylist
Sat Ahn graduated from Jean Madeline Aveda Institute in Philadelphia. She is a highly educated stylist with over 15 years of experience. She has completed advanced training with Redken, Ouidad, Surface, Kevin Murphy, and more.
"My areas of expertise include personally customized highlights, color, hair cut, styling, Brazilian Blow Outs and I am certified in Ouidad haircuts for curly hair. I have been working at Rodi Salon for 12 years and have built a large clientele and have excellent reviews. I strive for complete client satisfaction through a thorough consultation and performing above and beyond with customer service."
Sharbel
Senior Stylist
Sharbel Gerdak received his education and training from Bumble & Bumble in New York City in 2001. The following year he learned the art of cutting curly hair at Ouidad. He specialized in color at the Academy of Goldwell in Baltimore, Maryland.
Sharbel gets great pleasure out of getting to use his creativity to help his clients feel and look their very best. Your imagination is our creation.

Ellana Krechmaras has extensive experience in the hair industry (over 20 years!) She is passionate about helping clients discover and maintain their best look. Specializing in hair color and texture techniques, Ellana creates beautiful, manageable color and style, tailored to each client.

Senior Stylist
Yum has 20 years of experience in the hair industry. Her specialties are hair coloring, highlighting and cutting. She believes in putting the customer first, starting with a thorough consultation to ensure that the client leaves happy with hair they love every time.

Master Stylist
Phillip Nguyen has been a Master Stylist for over 20 years. He loves to modernize classic looks to make them fun and wearable for the woman-on-the-go. He specializes in coloring, highlighting and cutting.
Alba
Senior Stylist
Alba Pavon exudes the kind of steady professionalism that comes with over 12 years of experience. Growing up, Alba always knew she wanted to be a hairstylist. She graduated from Graham Webb, and brings her own unique style and attention to detail to all of her loyal clients.
Her passion is bringing the best service to every single person who sits in her chair, no matter who they are and what hair goals they want to achieve. She is certified in Ouidad hair cutting and styling.
